Avocado Speciale
Ingredients
- 2 Avocados
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- Salt and Pepper
- 1/2 Cup of Sour Cream
- 2 Shallots (Spring Onions) Chopped
- 220g (7.8 oz) Red Salmon, Fresh or Canned
- 1/4 Cup Grated Cheese
Instructions
- Cut Avocados in half, remove seeds.
- Sprinkle with 1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice also the Salt and Pepper.
- Combine the Sour Cream, remaining Tablespoon of Lemon Juice, Shallots and Red Salmon.
- Sprinkle with grated Cheese. Bake at 190° (375°F) for 15 to 20 minutes or until avocado is tender.
- Serve with a salad of your choice.
